F.A.Q.

1.1) The minimum amount of the Employee account for the optimization of the Product Data is 100 euros.

1.2) Once the 120 improve product have been completed, the Employee must withdraw the full amount and receive the withdrawal amount.

2.1) After completing the optimization of the three sets of 40 products, the Employee may apply for full withdrawal of funds.

2.2) If the Employee are in the middle of an improvement products, the Employee cannot request a withdrawal or refund.

2.3) No withdrawals can be processed if the Employee withdrawal request has not been received, please be sure to contact customer service after filling in the withdrawal amount.

2.4) Failure to complete the job on time will reduce credit score. Credit score below 100 will result in restricted withdrawals.

2.5) The platform does not allow any third-party top-ups. If the platform discovers that the Employee has a third-party top-up, the Employee will need to proceed with the capital verification process, and upon completion of the verification, the Employee can withdraw all balances in the account.

2.6) Each member must pay a 65% fee for withdrawals over 10,000 euro.

2.7) A one-time COPERNI Limited fee is payable for SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members.

3.1) All funds will be kept securely in the Employee account and optimization products, and full withdrawals can be requested once all optimization products are completed.

3.2) To avoid any loss of funds, all data will be processed by the system.

3.3) The platform will take full responsibility for any accidental loss of the Employee.

(4.1) Please do not disclose your login password and withdrawal password to others, as the platform will not be held responsible for any loss.

(4.2) The Employee are not recommended to set birthday password, ID card number, or mobile phone number as their withdrawal password or login password.

(4.3) If you forget your login password or withdrawal password, please contact our online service to reset it.

(4.4) For security and compliance purposes, if the system detects abnormal activity during the withdrawal submission process, the withdrawal will be temporarily suspended.

(4.5) In such cases, the user will be required to submit a 30% security deposit of total withdrawals amount as an identity verification measure.

5.1) Platform earnings are divided into normal earnings and tenfold earnings. Members level Gold or higher will have 1 to 3 opportunities for tenfold earnings.

5.2) Ordinary Employee (Normal) will get 1% of the profit of normal optimization products.

5.3) Premium Employee (Gold-Platinum) will receive 1.3% to 2% for each normal optimization products.

5.4) For each completed optimization products, funds and earnings will be refunded to the Employee account.

5.5) The system will randomly match products based on the total amount of the Employee account.

5.6) Once an optimization products has been assigned, it cannot be canceled or skipped.

6.1) Limited Items will be randomly matched and the Employee will have a higher chance to get 0 to 6 Bonus products.

6.2) The commission per product earned in Limited Items will be thirty times higher than regular products.

6.3) Once a Limited Item is awarded, funds will be returned to your account upon completion of the Bonus.

6.4) The system assigns Limited Items based on the total balance of the Employee account.

(7.1) The amount of deposit is the choice of the Employee. We suggest making advances according to your ability.

(7.2) If getting a bonus package, the Employee is obliged to make an advance payment based on the shortfall amount shown.

7.3) Before making a prepayment, you must confirm the deposit details with the online service.

7.4) The platform is not responsible if the Employee deposits to the wrong details.

(8.1) It is recommended that Employee complete all products as soon as possible so as not to affect the progress of the developer.

(8.2) The developer will provide deposit details for the Employee.

(8.3) Delays can adversely affect developers and overall progress.

9.1) Premium Employee can invite others using their invitation code.

9.2) Accounts must complete all current data before inviting others.

9.3) The referrer will receive 15% of the new Employee total earnings.
